At Engineered Plastic Services LLC, we provide professional consulting services. Due to the nature of digital and time-based services, our refund policy is outlined below.
No Returns
We do not offer returns, as no physical products are sold.
Refund Eligibility (3-Day Policy)
You may request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase, provided that:
- The service has not yet been delivered or started
- The consultation session has not yet taken place
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The service has already been delivered (fully or partially)
- The consultation session has been completed
- Work has already begun on your request
- More than 3 days (72 hours) have passed since purchase
Rescheduling
You may request to reschedule your session if the service has not yet been completed. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
